This Privacy Policy governs the processing of the personal data that Biolid IG, S.L. collects through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

The legal basis is your consent when submitting the request and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in responding to your communications.

4. Retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by law. When no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.

5. Recipients

Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required. The technology providers that support the site (hosting, analytics) act as data processors under contract.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to biolid@biolid.eu, stating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.
