Industry and steel: high-temperature labels (High-Temp)
There are applications where a conventional label simply gives up: heat peels it, discolours it or makes it illegible just when it is most needed. Our high-temperature (High-Temp) labels are formulated to keep adhesion, colour and legibility under sustained thermal exposure.
They are used on exhaust pipes, ovens, curing processes, engines and industrial environments with continuous heat or thermal peaks. There is no single material that works for everything: the behaviour depends on the exact temperature range, the exposure time and the substrate it is applied to.
That is why our approach is material engineering, not a catalogue. We select the substrate and the adhesive for your specific case — maximum temperature, exposure, substrate — to guarantee performance and avoid failures in service. That specialisation is part of the versatility we offer: we cover applications that few manufacturers solve from a single plant.
Our commitment is that the label is still there, legible and stuck down, when the component reaches its working temperature. Tell us the thermal range and the exposure time and we will propose the proven solution.

Label types
Heat-resistant
Substrates and adhesives that take sustained thermal exposure without peeling off.
Durable legibility
Inks that neither fade nor yellow with heat over time.
High-Temp traceability
Codes and serial numbers that stay legible after thermal exposure.
How we work
Thermal briefing
You tell us the maximum temperature, exposure time and substrate; we define the label's working range.
Material selection
We choose the right High-Temp substrate and adhesive for the case and validate them where appropriate.
Production
We print with heat-resistant inks and add codes or variable data if the application requires them.
Delivery
We supply in the agreed format, ready to apply to the component or process.

FAQ
What temperature do they withstand?
It depends on the material; we select substrate and adhesive according to the thermal range of your application. For steelworks environments we have substrates that withstand temperatures above 600 ºC, as well as tearing and weathering. Tell us the maximum temperature and the exposure time and we will propose a proven solution.
Are they suitable for exhaust pipes?
Yes, it is one of the typical applications of our High-Temp labels, along with ovens, engines and curing processes.
Do the ink and the code stay legible after the heat?
Yes, we use heat-stable inks that neither fade nor yellow, so text and codes remain legible.
Do you validate beforehand?
When the application calls for it, we select and validate the material for the specific thermal range before producing the run.
