After completing the integration of Industrias Gráficas Marcal earlier this year, the group is bringing new equipment into both the Basauri factory and the central facilities in Zamudio, in a project whose investment is valued at around €350,000.
With the aim of improving productivity, colour management and quality, we have installed at Basauri a Konica Minolta AccurioPress C14000, a high-volume toner press that prints 140 A4 pages per minute. At the same time, we are strengthening Zamudio with the new K2-plus sleeve sealer from the Canadian manufacturer Karlville, a world leader in this type of equipment.
The group has a workforce of more than 70 people and some 6,000 m² built across its two sites, with 2019 turnover of €8.5M, around 20% of it from exports.
